Barker Bakes White Chocolate Paste for cake covering and chocolate modelling , used since 2005 by Barker Bakes for all our cakes.

To use: Keep chilled/in fridge until required, warm prior to use (microwave for 5-20 seconds depending on conditions and size of paste). It is pliable and soft when it is ready to roll out. Roll out with icing sugar to prevent it sticking to the surface or use a non-stick surface for rolling. Use a non-stick rolling pin. Break off a piece for modelling and shape as required.

To store: Roll into smooth ball, double wrap tightly with clingfilm, place in sealed food container and store in fridge.
